2. Eligibility for Enrollment

Students enrolling in CDL training programs must meet applicable federal, state, and company requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Possessing a valid driver’s license
  • Obtaining a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP), when required
  • Meeting FMCSA, ODPS, and BMV eligibility standards
  • Providing accurate and truthful information during enrollment
  • Completing required drug testing, medical certification, or background documentation when applicable

Trucktrailerpro CDL School reserves the right to deny or terminate enrollment if a student fails to meet eligibility requirements or provides false or misleading information.

3. Training Programs and Scheduling

Training schedules, instructors, vehicles, classroom availability, testing schedules, and program durations may vary based on operational needs, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, student progress, holidays, or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust class schedules or training times
  • Change instructors or training vehicles
  • Reschedule lessons or road training
  • Modify curriculum or program structure as required by law or operational necessity

Estimated graduation timelines are not guaranteed.

4. Payments, Tuition, and Fees

All tuition, deposits, testing fees, scheduling fees, and other charges must be paid according to the agreed payment arrangement.

Additional terms may include:

  • Card payments may be subject to processing fees
  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Missed appointments, cancellations, failed drug tests, no-shows, or repeated testing may result in additional charges
  • Students with unpaid balances may be suspended from training, testing, certification, or scheduling

Trucktrailerpro CDL School reserves the right to send unpaid balances to collections or pursue legal remedies if necessary.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, driving sessions, range training, and testing appointments on time.

  • Failure to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in fees
  • Late arrivals may be treated as cancellations or no-shows
  • Repeated absences or scheduling issues may result in dismissal from the program

The company reserves the right to determine whether a lesson, training session, or exam must be rescheduled.

6. Student Conduct and Safety

Students must behave professionally and safely at all times while participating in training or using company property.

The following may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund:

  • Unsafe driving or reckless behavior
  • Harassment, threats, violence, or disruptive conduct
  • Possession or use of drugs or alcohol
  • Damage to company property or vehicles
  • Refusal to follow instructor or safety instructions
  • Falsification of records or documents

Trucktrailerpro CDL School maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances and unsafe conduct.

7. Vehicle and Equipment Use

Students may operate company vehicles only under authorized training or testing conditions.

Students are responsible for:

  • Following all instructor directions
  • Operating vehicles safely and legally
  • Reporting any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately

Trucktrailerpro CDL School reserves the right to remove a student from vehicle operation at any time for safety concerns.

8. Testing and Certification

Completion of training does not guarantee:

  • Passing any CDL permit, skills, road, or state examination
  • Employment opportunities
  • Issuance of a CDL license

Students are solely responsible for meeting all state and federal licensing requirements.

9. Online Services and Website Use

Users of our website and online systems agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to company systems
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without permission
  • Upload malicious software or interfere with website operations

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to online services for violations of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, logos, branding, videos, documents, graphics, and educational materials are the property of Trucktrailerpro CDL School LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, recording, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Participation in driver training involves inherent risks, and students voluntarily assume those risks.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trucktrailerpro CDL School LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your misuse of company property or vehicles
  • Your negligence or unlawful conduct
